Customer bank authorization for an account-information consent.
Send the customer to the authorizationUrl (or equivalent redirect) returned when you create the account consent. They log in at their bank and approve access. Spare completes the bank callback. There is no public integrator endpoint for that callback.
Poll Account Consents until the consent is authorized, then start a sync.
